Nonlinear Surface Conductivity Characteristics of Epoxy Resin-Based Micro-Nano Structured Composites

Nonlinear composite materials serve to homogenize electric fields and can effectively improve the local concentration of field in power systems. In order study nonlinear surface conductivity properties micro-nano epoxy composites, two types specimens were prepared laboratory using co-blending method. The composites was tested under different conditions a high-voltage DC test system. results show that structured increases then decreases with rise nanofiller doping concentration. coefficient 1.781 at 4 wt% doped nanostructured SiC, which most significant compared other contents. For same concentration, SiC have more temperature 1.635. As increases, significantly, threshold strength moves towards high field. Along increase temperature, coefficients after showed gradually decreasing trend. has little effect on O-MMT.
